Having a clear, calm mind under pressure is a skill you can learn at any time in life.
This live three-hour online workshop introduces practical tools founded in mindfulness, psychology, and mindfulness to help you calm internal noise, regulate emotional state, and shift mental focus with intention.
Led by Dr Louise J. Goddard — organisational psychologist, and NGH certified instructor in hypnosis, you’ll engage in live practices designed to be experienced fully, not just understood.
To end the event, there will be a hypnosis session for mindfulness led by Dr Louise J. Goddard.
As this event is geared to wellness - reduction of the negative effects of stress, anxiety, overload - you may find that it is covered by your organization's Wellness Spending Account.
A Wellness Spending Account (WSA) is an employer-funded benefit that reimburses employees for a wide range of health, learning, and lifestyle expenses not covered by traditional insurance, offering flexibility for things like mental health support, courses and more.
Ask your employer if you have one and if this event would be covered.
